How long before I receive my order?

We work hard to get your order packed and shipped quickly! Please allow 2–4 business days for processing before tracking becomes available. Once your package label is created, delivery times will vary based on the shipping method you choose at checkout. Your tracking number will be sent to you in an email. Once an order has shipped, we can not change the carrier.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. If you realize there’s an error, please contact us immediately at kassbethshop@gmail.com or via our Contact page. If your order is still in processing, we’ll do our best to update the address, but changes are not guaranteed. If your order has already shipped, we are unable to change the mailing address. Please contact the shipping carrier directly to request an interception of your package.

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs depend on your order size, location, and chosen shipping method. You’ll always see your shipping total before completing your purchase.

Kass Beth Candles currently only ships in the domestic United States.

Can I cancel an order?

At Kass Beth Candles, we understand plans can change. You may cancel your order as long as it has not yet been marked as “In-Progress” or “Shipped.”

or send a message through our Contact page. We’ll issue a full refund, including taxes, fees, and shipping.

⚠️ Once a shipping label has been created for your candle(s), your order is already on its way to the post office, and we’re unable to process cancellations or returns at that point.

What should I do if my items are damaged?

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We put so much love into hand-pouring each Kass Beth Candle, and we want every order to arrive in perfect condition. If your candle(s) arrive damaged, don’t worry—we’ll take care of it.

Please email us at kassbethshop@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item(s). We will review your claim and get back to you quickly.

Depending on the situation, we’ll provide one of the following solutions:

• A replacement of the same item
• A full refund to your original payment method
• Or a store credit toward your next Kass Beth Candles purchase

What are your candles made of?

At Kass Beth Candles, quality and safety come first. Every candle is made with our proprietary soy/paraffin wax blend, chosen for its clean, even burn and excellent fragrance throw. We blend in premium fragrance oils, many of which are sourced from trusted vendors.

We use only cotton or zinc wicks—never lead—so you can enjoy your candle with peace of mind. All decorative embeds and candle toppers are crafted from 100% candle wax. You’ll never find anything unsafe or flammable in our products.

What are your wax melts made of?

Our wax melts are created with the same high-quality ingredients as our candles. We use our proprietary soy/paraffin wax blend for a smooth, long-lasting melt, combined with premium fragrance oils for strong, room-filling scent.

Just like our candles, all decorative embeds are made entirely from 100% candle wax—nothing unsafe, nothing flammable.

What is the burn time of your candles?

Burn times vary depending on the size and wax weight of each candle.

Because we love adding decorative embeds on top to make our candles truly unique, the wax weight may differ slightly from candle to candle. These beautiful details can take up some space in the jar, which means the overall wax weight—and therefore the burn time—may be a little lower.
